Show Respect:
- Be on time
- Be nice: Use "por favor" and "gracias" in every occasion
- Build each other up, don't tear each other down in Spanish class:

- Praise each other! Say "muy bien" or "excelente", give a high five!
- Never laugh at a student when he/she is trying their best to communicate in Spanish
